Frequently Asked Questions

WHERE ARE YOU BASED & HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?
I live in Canterbury in Kent but love to travel whenever possible. I will happily travel throughout the UK and overseas to wherever your wedding may be.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, absolutely. In order to ensure I am as prepared for your big day as you are, I have both professional indemnity and public liability insurance, as well as full cover for my precious photographic equipment.
WHAT CAMERA EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
I use professional-grade, full-frame Canon DSLRs in combination with a range of Canon prime lenses to ensure the highest possible image quality for my clients. I always shoot with at least 2 cameras and a range of lenses should anything happen to my equipment on the day.
HOW FAST WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOGRAPHS?
Depending on the time of year, I will have your full gallery completed within 4-6 weeks. Once ready, you will receive access to a private online gallery where you will be able to view all of the images as well as download high-resolution files ready for print.
CAN YOU MAKE ALBUMS?
Yes, and I strongly believe you should consider an album or two as part of your wedding investment. I design albums in collaboration with clients and use the excellent Queensberry Albums to ensure your images are beautifully printed and presented.
HOW DO WE RESERVE YOU FOR OUR WEDDING?
Once we have had a chat and you have decided you would like me to photograph your wedding, I will send over a contract and require a £500 non-refundable deposit to secure the date. The final balance will be due 60 days in advance of your wedding day and we will of course remain in touch in the months leading up to the date in order to ensure I have all the information I require for a successful day of shooting.
WHAT IS A PREWEDDING CONSULTATION?

This is a meeting over Skype/FaceTime/Zoom etc., to discuss your wedding day and to ensure you are getting exactly what you want from your investment and my photographic style.

WHY SHOULD I CONSIDER A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?
If you would like to capture the entirity of the day a second shooter is definitely worth considering. From shots of the guys getting ready, to alternative angles of the wedding ceremony, speeches and dancing, a second photographer can provide an additional perspective to your wedding images and greater coverage throughout the day.
